Lorna K. Bailey has been an Executive Virtual Assistant since 2014, helping countless authors and entrepreneurs not just grow, but truly thrive in their businesses. Over the years, she’s tackled everything from the chaos of arranging a last-minute pizza delivery to a stranger in Canada after a Twitter joke - to the highly technical, such as transforming a stressful inbox of 16,000 emails into a streamlined system that stayed at zero, or building a content management system for a large blog with thousands of daily visitors.
Her most formative rolesĀ have included serving as the Executive Assistant to entrepreneurs likeĀ Dave Chesson (Kindlepreneur, Publisher Rocket, Atticus) and Marion Roach Smith, where she worked closely with top-selling Amazon authors and saw firsthand what it takes to successfully get books into the hands of the right readers. These experiences have given her both the strategic insight and practical know-how to support authors in building sustainable, scalable businesses.
Today, Lorna teaches authors how to work with assistants effectively, so they can focus on what they love most, writing - while building systems, cultivating a healthy entrepreneurial mindset, and strategically growing their publishing careers.
